Overview
This position is a general developer role where the ideal candidate will have a technical mind with the desire to learn and grow. This position will support the digital marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, build out comprehensive customer journeys and the development and implementation of Interaction Studio use cases. This position will also support the web/mobile development team and be responsible for basic content management, website template maintenance, plugin support and other duties as needed. HTML and basic understanding of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal are not required but a plus.
Key Responsibilities
(Ad hoc and other reports may be completed as requested)
- The WesolveCX Developer will work with a team to implement and execute the B2C and B2B Email, Mobile Push marketing strategies and campaigns for all ATNi subsidiaries.
- Develop responsive email templates and learn personalization scripting.
- Implement dynamic email content, AMPscript and automation Journey logic, based on the feature/project requirements
- Participate in front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript
- Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
- Ability to design, configure, test, debug and deploy quality, scalable and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce and web platforms.
- Collaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementations.
- Stay in tune with latest Salesforce and web technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).
- Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting
- Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize
- Help develop our in-house web/mobile team to support internal and external clients with website development and support.
- Maintain and enhance website content and plugins as necessary for internal and external clients.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with non-technical personel
- Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Simple web apps utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Server-Side Languages.
- Experience in working with JavaScript Frameworks and JSON.
- Ability to elicit requirements and translate to technical solutions that can scale across multiple business units
- Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) aka ExactTarget Builders and Studios is preferred, but training will be provided
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software such as SendPulse, HubSpot, and integration with CRM database
- Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and integration with databases
- Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails
- Experience developing responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language
- Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
- Marketing Cloud Admin Certification or be available to complete within 1 year
- Knowledge of applications such as Postman, Heroku and Github would be an asset.
- Experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PHPAdmin, MySQL.
Environment and Physical Activity
- Must be able to work in a non-confined office type setting in which he or she will work remotely. The position may require occasional travel to business offices/units. Most travel is by land, but more distant locations are reached by sea or air.

Human Relations/Contacts
Internal
The officer interacts frequently with other Executive team members, ATN shared service team management and resources, functional department heads, line management of the business offices/units, subsidiaries regarding projects, developments, operations and expenses, systems and procedures, consistent with the responsibilities of the job.
External
Interactions also occur with vendors and consulting subject matter experts and resources on matters relating to the Company’s projects, operations, and strategic initiatives. The officer may also interact with the shareholder’s auditors, regulators, and the Company’s legal, and accounting advisors from time to time, as may be consistent with the responsibilities of the job.
